Terms of Service

Payment will be done via PayPal in USD. The Commissioner will be sent an invoice with the agreed price.

Jamaican locals have the added option to do bank transfers.

Full payment upfront is expected within 48 hours of the invoice being sent or the commission will be cancelled unless you ask for an extended time. Your commission will not be started until payment is done.

If the commission price is $200.00 or more discussions on doing a 50% payment of the total price upfront and the next 50% in order to receive the final product. You have 48 hours to pay the invoice sent for the first 50% payment. You will have unlimited time to pay the final 50%.

You will be notified when your payment is received and when to expect the first draft of your commission.

Please do not send Yammia's Art Studio money until the invoice is sent.

Full refunds are only available before the first draft of the commission is sent to you.

If you wish for a refund or cancel the commission after work has been started, you will only be refunded for a percentage of the work not done.

Refunds are not available after the commission is completed. If there are changes you wish to make to the artwork that was already approved by Commissioner then it will attract an additional fee.

When refunding DO NOT charge-back, we will send the money to the PayPal already provided.

The Commissioner will be notified when the commission has been started and told when to expect the first draft of the commission. For example, sketches for Illustration Commissions.

The Commissioner will continue to get updates and thumbnail images to be reviewed and make changes to.

If there is anything that could occur that will result in a delay for the delivery of the commission the Commissioner will be immediately updated, these situations could include health issues, computer/equipment complications, complexity of the commission, etc.

If there are changes The Commissioner wishes to be made to the work after giving the go-ahead it may cost extra. So it is important to pay close attention when reviewing the progress shots. Not all changes will attract a cost.

The finished piece will be received in full resolution with no watermark in a zip file via e-mail.

Does the Commissioner have a deadline? Let Yammia's Art Studio know so it can be discussed. Please keep it reasonable, art processing time ranges from two (2) weeks to four (4) weeks.

Yammia's Art Studio claims all creative rights to the produced artwork. Therefore Yammia's Art Studio is allowed to use the artwork to promote on any online or offline platform.​​

The Commissioner is allowed to use the artwork for personal use only, this includes:

Commercial rights can only be gained via buying through the Character Design and Apparel Design Tier.​​

If at a later time the Commissioner wishes to have commercial rights to the artwork, then it can be gained by paying double the price of the original commission, for example, if the Commissioner purchased a Full Body drawing for $200, to gain commercial rights an additional $200 will need to be paid. Please keep in mind the Apparel Design Tier will be the best option as the designs are made with it being sold as physical items in mind, since design, colour and clarity need to be considered for the best quality physical products.​​​

The Commissioner or anyone else by proxy of the Commissioner do not have the right to use the commissioned artwork for generative artificial intelligence (AI) in any capacity and will result in a ban for commissioning future works and legal action.
