General

 

• Yammia has the right to reject any commission for any reason without explanation.

• The Commissioner must be 18 years or older to order Not Safe For Work(NSFW) commissions, by ordering this you are confirming your age to be 18 years or above.

• Yammia does not draw Not Safe For Work(NSFW) artwork of characters below the age of 18 years.

• Commissioned art maybe used for Yammia's portfolio/to advertise her artwork.

Payment and Refunds

 

• Payment will be done via PayPal in USD. The Commissioner will be sent an invoice with the agreed price.

• Full payment upfront is expected within 48 hours of the invoice being sent or the commission will be cancelled unless you ask for an extended time. Your commission will not be started until payment is done.

• If the commission price is $200.00 or more we can have discussions on doing a 50% payment of the total price upfront and the next 50% in order to complete the commission, discussions will be made on how much work will be done for the first 50% of payment. You have 48 hours to pay the invoice sent for the first 50% payment. You will have unlimited time to pay the next 50% once the invoice is sent, work will not be continued until it is paid.

• You will be notified when your payment is received and when to expect the first draft of your commission.

• Please do not send Yammia money until the invoice is sent.

• Full refunds are only available before the first draft of the commission is sent to you.

• If you wish for a refund or cancel the commission after work has been started, you will only be refunded for a percentage of the work not done.

• Refunds are not available after the commission is completed. If there are changes you wish to make to the artwork that was already approved by Commissioner then it will attract an additional fee.

• When refunding DO NOT charge-back, we will send the money to the PayPal account already provided.

Process, Revision and Delivery

 

• The Commissioner will be notified when the commission has been started and told when to expect the first draft of the commission. For example, sketches for Illustration Commissions.

• The Commissioner will continue to get updates and thumbnail images for you to review and make changes to.

• If there is anything that could occur that will result in a delay for the delivery of the commission the Commissioner will be immediately updated, these situations could include health issues, computer/equipment complications, complexity of the commission, etc.

• If there are changes The Commissioner wishes to be made to the work after giving the go-ahead it may cost extra. So it is important to pay close attention when reviewing the progress shots. Not all changes will attract a cost.

• The finished piece will be received full resolution with no watermark in a zip file via e-mail.

• Does the Commissioner have a deadline? Let Yammia know so it can be discussed. Please keep it reasonable, processing time ranges from two (2) weeks to four (4) weeks.

Copyright/Usage Policy

 

• Yammia's Art Studio claims all creative rights to the produced artwork. Therefore Yammia is allowed to use the artwork to:

- Promote herself on any online or offline platform.

• The Commissioner is allowed to use the artwork for personal use only, this includes:

- Uploading to your social media.

- Personal Prints.

- Non-monetary promotions.

- Using the artwork in monetized videos or streams as long as it is not the focus of the video or stream. 

• Commissioners who purchase art for commercial use may monetize the art piece, this includes:

- Prints, t-shirts, etc.

• If the Commissioner wishes to use the artwork for commercial use then additional pricing will be discussed.
